Greg Gildersleeve's notes: "This story is a prequel to a work in progress called HALFWAY HOUSE (TM), in which we will find that our horny centaur doesn't live alone up in them thar woods."

"
Swinging Both Ways is meant to take a look at the modern day singles scene and turn it on its head. Some men don't care who they go out with, and neither do some women. A good time is a good time, right? Or is it?"

"Mark Stinson did an outstanding job of turning my original five page script into a seven-pager with more impact and a sense of mystery. And he draws good horses!"

Mark Stinson's notes: "When Greg Gildersleeve let me read his script for this story at one of the CCN's Writer's Workshops, I knew I wanted to draw it. I was a little nervous about sounding pushy...but I figured nothing ventured, nothing gained. Greg happily agreed to let me draw it."

"Swinging Both Ways was completed for Show and Tell #2. Greg's original script called for a 5-page story, but some of the images in the story were so large and had so much impact, that the story ended up being a 7-page story."

"The story was completed on smooth bristol, using ultra-fine and fine Sharpies for the 'blacks' and Primacolor cool gray markers for the 'grays.' The story took me about 3 weeks to finish..."
